Indications:

1. Anesthesia

   • Epidural anesthesia
   • Infiltration anesthesia
   • Surface anesthesia
   • Nerve block

2. Internal Medical Use

   • Treatment of ventricular arrhythmia

Dosage & Administration:

For Anesthesia:

• The dosage should be tailored based on the patient’s response and the site of administration.
• Use the lowest effective concentration and dose.
• Dosage varies depending on tissue vascularity, area to be anesthetized, and individual patient tolerance.

Adults (Maximum dose: 200 mg per administration)

• Epidural: 40 ~ 200 mg (Max: 200 mg per dose)
• Nerve Block: 30 ~ 200 mg (For supportive nerve block: 60 ~ 120 mg)
• Infiltration: 40 ~ 200 mg
• Surface Anesthesia: Apply a moderate dose directly to the target area

✔ Dosage adjustments should be made based on age, body area, tissue type, and overall health.

For Internal Medical Use (Ventricular Arrhythmia Treatment):

✔ Single IV Administration:

• 50 ~ 100 mg (1 ~ 2 mg/kg) slow IV injection over 1 ~ 2 minutes
• If necessary, repeat the dose after 5 minutes, with a maximum of 300 mg per hour

✔ IV Infusion:

• If IV bolus is effective, continue infusion under ECG monitoring
• Standard infusion rate: 1 ~ 2 mg/min (Max rate: 4 mg/min)
